Currently, you can find me at Black Mountain Yoga for a variety of class styles including prenatal yoga. I love welcoming new students, so please join me! My class schedule is below.

  • Slow Flow is, as the name suggests, a slower paced class. Think a slowed down Vinyasa Flow with less chaturangas and more focus on postures, challenging your strength and concentration. Mindfully move through a slow sequence for strength, flexibility, and alignment while finding longer holds of postures. Intensity ranges from gentle and therapeutic, to mildly vigorous.

    Slow Flow is for all levels of Yogis, particularly helpful for beginners, but still challenging for seasoned practitioners. A great introduction to a Vinyasa practice.

  • Power Vinyasa is a fast and vigorous flow class focused on strength and endurance. A challenging, flowing sequence that emphasizes Chaturanga transitions, powerful standing postures, and core strength with conscious use of breath. Expect to move quickly, get your heart pumping, and sweat!

    Power Vinyasa is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance in your body and calm your mind through breath and focus to feel strong and energized.

    Recommended for Yogi's who have basic yoga posture knowledge and are looking for a challenge. Modifications are always offered for varying levels of strength and flexibility.

  • Yoga for Pregnancy is a bi-weekly prenatal yoga class suitable for individuals at all stages of pregnancy. Learn educational tools such as labor and birth positions, breath-work, and tools to calm the body and mind - all essential for an empowered birth. Cultivate an awareness that will help you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby.

    Through movement, breath-work, and childbirth education, this class will address aches and pains associated with pregnancy, strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and provide relief and comfort to areas of the body impacted by your growing belly.

    Navigate your changing body and life with grace and acceptance with other parents to be.

    Yoga for Pregnancy is for all-levels of yogis, no previous yoga experience needed, and is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Class will be held every other week (bi-weekly). Partners are welcome to join at no cost - please contact us to register them for class.
