My role as a doula can vary depending on your specific needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to doula support. My goal is to always meet you right where you are, so we’ll tailor our communication and visits to be exactly what you need in the moment, regardless of what package you choose.

Birth Packages

The Standard - $2,000

  • 3 prenatal visits

  • Attendance during entirety of labor

  • 1 postpartum visit

  • 24/7 call and text response 2 weeks before and after baby’s anticipated arrival

The Standard + Yoga- $2,300

  • 3 private prenatal yoga classes

  • 5 prenatal visits

  • 2 postpartum visits

  • 24/7 call and text response 2 weeks before and after baby’s anticipated arrival

The Deluxe + Yoga - $3,100

Postpartum Services

Hourly Postpartum Support - $40
*6 hr minimum

I offer hourly postpartum support to help with everything post-birth. We can use our time together to address a variety of 4th trimester topics, including:

  • Cooking & cleaning support

  • Infant feeding support

  • Navigating the witching hour

  • My baby does this. Is it normal?

  • Tips for self care and healing after birth

  • Resources and referrals to local professionals 

  • Baby product recommendations

*Each postpartum meeting is a minimum of 3hrs
